Mitsubishi, being one of the worlds largest corporations, has many opportunities for future joint ventures. One major possibility would be to form a partnership to investigate new types of eco-friendly cars. Mitsubishi could form a joint venture with a research company to look into the possiblities of efficent hybrid cars, new hydrogen cars, or other eco-friendly vehicles. Selling these kind of cars would be very easy in the current market, where many people are concerned about the health of the environment.
A joint venture is an agreement between two or more companies from different countries to share a business. This would be like two companies coming together and making products that would better benefit the consumers. If Mitsubishi and Ford conjoined together to share a business in producing better cars, it would benefit the people who want something that both companies offer in one.
As mitsubishi being a huge company in today's world, they could soon join a joint venture, or an agreement with two or more companies from a different company to share a business project. As a company, mitsubishi could join with any other car making industry to produce a new type of vehicle. For instance, mitsubishi could join with toyota (or any other company) to produce a hybrid car. These cars would not pollute the air as much, but would also be more expensive than a regular car. Keep in mind, maybe in one country the vehicle would do great, and maybe in the other country the sells may not be as good, its all about people's choices and perspective on certain vehicles.
A joint venture that might be appropriate for Mitsubishi would be to join with an American or Europe country that either supplies or makes vehicles. The reason this could be an appropriate joint venture is that all two areas are where cars mostly come from. If there was a way to supply parts that could make the vehicles perform more efficently then sales might rise.
A joint venture might possibly be a good option to take in the future for Mitsubishi. If they want to expand their empire and make their vehicles available to the consumers they choose. Mitsubishi would need to choose wisely for their partnership. And also put into consideration the cost, the types, the translating, etc etc.
