I disagree. When you expand a business into a corporation you lose a lot of the power you once had. When its just you owning a business or a partnership you still get control on how it is run and what goes on. Sure with a coporation you have more funding and a better chance that your business wont go down the drain but you lose the right to say it is your business and you lose almost all of your power and say so in what happens.
Every business should not be organized as a corporation, even though it can be advantageous. The intregrity and uniqueness of the business often disappears when the business becomes a corporation. Though it takes more risk, that also means that the business owners are also working harder and are dedicated to their business. Yet, if the owners want to reach out to a larger consumer population and want to sell more products, then they should consider becoming a corporation simply because corporations tend to make more money and are more likely to be involved in international business. Though the owners may be giving up some of the original flair of the business, if their intentions are purely monetary, then it might be a good trade off.
I do not agree with this statement. To organize as a corporation certainly offers advantages such as limited liability but it also comes with many disadvantages, such as excessive legal regulations. In addition, if every business were to be registerd as a corporation, the advantages therein would cease to be functional advantages, because every business would posess them. All advantages would simply become requirements to owning a business. In any case, corporations are good and necessary, but they are not the solution to all business problems.
I don't believe that every business should be a corporation. I believe this because every business is not as big as some businesses and may not make it in a corporational business. Corporations, also take a greater risk of failure because it takes a much greater amount of work then starting a sole propietorship or a partnership. Beings that a corporation also sells more products, they can make a greater amount of money becoming more advantageous over a sole propietory or a partnership. I believe a corporation requires hard work and full dedication in order to become successful, therefore, think about it, are you ready for the challenge that lies ahead of you?
No I do not agree. Not all businesses should be a corporation. Yeah having limited liability is good but you do have your downfalls. Having to split up your money many different ways, not having your won opinion and when you do there is a chance of it being shot down. Do really want that? No! And people in corporations usually have their arguments that can possibly ruin a company. That’s why you want to be your own boss, don’t get me wrong it sometimes is better to be a corporation, but not all companies should be a corporation.
I dont think every business should be a corporation because sometimes a business is too small. Another reason is that corporations need to share owner ship and it may be better to keep all ownership to one person. Another reason is that corporations are double taxed and a small business may not make enough money to handle that. Lastly is that corporations are very hard to create since one needs a charter to be allowed to form a corporation.
