A global company can provide many benefits to its host country, both social and economic. Global companies ofttimes improve the economic situation of the host country by providing jobs for the host country's citizens and by improving trade between the host country and the home country. By providing jobs for the local people, global companies are also improving social situations. Unemployment will go down and, if there are enough companies employing local people, it's even possible for the standard of living to go up substantially and the life expectancy to raise because more citizens will have jobs, income, and access to products. In addition, when global companies set up factories or stores in other countries, then more companies and businesses will do business with that country. This means that more products will be available to the people, as there will be more trade and possibly more stores.
Negative sides of global companies, are as follows:
1)lack of pay 2)lack of respect for the individual 3)lack of shelter 4)lack of food 5)lack of cleanliness 6)desperations.... 7)health 8)taking advantage of.... 9)emotional stress 10)insurance/benefits
